After post surgery issues I was afraid.  In fact, I was terrified.


I had anxiety about how my body would cope with chronic illness medications.


My weight journey graph looked like a heart monitor print out.


I had tried every possible diet, formula, pills, workout programs – each time I believed the promises and had hope that this one would stick.


But I was always disappointed.  As soon as I stopped the magic program, the weight came back.


As a result, I didn’t have one thing that I liked about myself.  My body, my self-esteem, my whole being.


I thought there was a “secret formula” to lose the weight and keep it off.  And, I was determined to find it.


But what I discovered was that there is no “secret formula”. Instead I found out that there's a proven pathway to what I desired the most - losing the weight, keeping it off, loving myself.


It wasn’t always easy.  It didn’t happen overnight.  But I stuck with it and my life was changed.


Now, I wake up every day knowing that I’m not wasting any more of my life.


Instead of disliking any part of my body or being, I love all of me.


My life now is filled with helping others to learn this proven pathway.


My joy comes from seeing others reach the same success that I found.
